Return Eligibility Within 30 Days
You may contact us to request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
For a product to qualify, it must:
Be unused and remain in its original condition
Be returned with all original packaging
Have no signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage
Include the order confirmation or another valid form of purchase verification
EbnznSm™ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

If the request is approved, our customer service team will provide return instructions and verify the correct mailing address. Merchandise sent without contacting us and receiving prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your products shortly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, provide:

Clear photos of the product
Photos showing the original packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the problem
Once we have reviewed the submitted information, we will help determine an appropriate resolution.
Items Ineligible for Return
A return may be refused for any of the following:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
Items missing their original packaging or included accessories
Customized or personalized products
Personal-care or hygiene-related merchandise
Gift cards
Clearance and final-sale items
Packages returned without prior authorization
The original shipping cost is not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges 🔄
If you would like a different cleaning product, the most efficient method is to return the original merchandise first. Once that return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the product you prefer.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers receiving orders within the European Union may be entitled to cancel or return a purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without needing to explain the decision.
To qualify, the product must be unused, remain in its original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Review and Refund Timeline
After your returned merchandise arrives, EbnznSm™ will inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
When approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 10 business days. Your card issuer or financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
